To ensure physical security Pragmatic houses all of its infrastructure in world class data centers with the most stringent security measures available.
System Security
- Pragmatic systems are hardened with daily patch management to ensure the latest security updates
- We operate a redundant, dedicated firewall solution for hosted storage
- VPN access is assigned only to authorized personnel within the Pragmatic team
- Denial of service (DoS) mitigation to ensure guaranteed secure access
Data Center Security
- Data center access is limited to authorized Pragmatic personnel
- Data center is manned and monitored by 3rd party security
- All personnel must present picture ID access cards issued by the datacenter upon entry
- 24x7 security camera monitoring of all facilities within the data center
