Performing a Data Restore
Restoring your data is how we earn our keep with our customers and it is something we take very seriously. Once a request for a file/directory restore has been made, our customers are provided with a tracking number for reference and a technician is assigned to begin restoring the data immediately. Day or night and from anywhere in the world, our technicians can securely access our data restoration management interface to initiate a restore to your servers. Once the data restore is complete, you will receive a notification of a successful restoration referencing the number you were provided.
