Pragmatic maintains an overall Conferencing System Uptime statistic of 99.99%. We have multiple points of presence in both Canada and the United States and our systems are located in TELCO grade co-location facilities. These facilities provide temperature and humidity control, cold water and glycol cooling, power from two different grids, UPS and generator backup, 24/7, manned security (including cameras) and multiple SONET rings.

The system has multiple layers of redundancy. Seven international facilities-based carriers provide connectivity. These providers have a point of presence in the same buildings allowing us to establish connectivity without a local loop. Our DS3 interconnections, multiplexed down to DS1’s, allow us to dial-up capacity on demand.
